Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery is available in East and West Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from the warehouse within 1 – 3 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival)

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days
  • Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days

Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider.

Delivery ETA may change due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under csironasia responsibility.

Refunds: Delivery

Strictly no refunds for any shipping and handling charges.

Returns of Items

Delivery charges for returned items shall be borne by the buyer.

For replacement items, the csironasia shall bear the delivery charges for sending the replacement item back to the buyer.
